Personal/Training Records are kept at RB Cleaning Contractors Office detailing each employee�s personal details and training.

Job Specifications are kept at RB Cleaning Contractors Office and give a brief description of what is expected of each level of employee employed by RB Cleaning Contractors.

In the interests of security, RB Cleaning Contractors issue all employees with an identification card, which is to be worn, without exception, on the customer�s premises.

The client has the right to request the removal of cleaners who prove to be unsuitable and RB Cleaning Contractors have a responsibility to replace the staff with an appropriate replacement.
